Eligibility

Pasukulu is designed for high school students, primarily Grades 10–12.

Account Registration

• Keep your account credentials private.

• Pasukulu is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Subscriptions

• Subscription fees must be paid in full before access.

• Prices may increase as exams approach; early subscribers lock in their price for the year.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Access and Use

• Content is for personal, educational use only.

• Do not copy, share, or redistribute content without permission.

• Pasukulu may update or remove content at any time.

Results and Outcomes

Pasukulu provides study materials and guidance to help students improve. Individual results vary depending on effort and consistent use, and specific exam scores or Distinctions are not guaranteed.

Refunds

• Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

• Refunds may be considered for technical issues, at Pasukulu’s discretion.

Privacy

• Personal information is handled according to Pasukulu’s Privacy Policy.

• Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by Pasukulu.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Termination

• Pasukulu may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Zambian law.
