Eligibility

Pasukulu is designed for high school students, primarily Grades 10–12 and G.C.E candidates.

Account Registration

• Provide accurate information.

• Keep your account credentials private.

• Pasukulu is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Subscriptions

• Access is granted after successful payment.

• Subscription prices may change over time.

• Existing subscribers keep access according to their active plan period.

Access and Use

• Content is for personal, educational use only.

• Do not copy, share, or redistribute content without permission.

• Pasukulu may update or remove content at any time.

Results and Outcomes

Pasukulu is designed to make studying past papers simpler and more organized. While the platform helps students practice and understand ECZ questions more easily, exam performance depends on individual effort, consistency, and preparation habits. Specific grades or results are not guaranteed.

Refunds

• Payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, refunds may be considered in cases involving major technical problems preventing access to the service.

Privacy

• Personal information is handled responsibly and is not shared without consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

• All platform content, including notes, explanations, answers, branding, and study organization systems, belongs to Pasukulu.

  Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Termination

Pasukulu may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• content sharing,

• unauthorized distribution,

• abuse of the platform,

• or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia.
